The patient portal is a SECURE web-based program to be used only
for non-urgent medical information. You can sign up next time you are in the
office or you may contact our office to receive link, user name and password.
Once on the portal you can view your medical record, view test results, request
prescription refills and referrals. If you already have access to our
patient portal, please click "Patient
Portal" on our menu at left to sign
in.
